A leading Melbourne light rail public transport company engaged The HR Landscape to undertake a comprehensive review of the Operations departmental structure and make recommendations for a new, more effective functional structure aimed at improving operational capability and performance.

The review included an analysis of all job specifications across four functional areas against the strategic output requirements and the number of resources required under each functional area to deliver the desired outcomes.
